Unable to get Serial number

Hi, I Purchased Photoshop & Premier Elements 13 on Nov 27th and I when I submit my verification information to obtain the Serial Number, the submit buttton goes to a 404 page. I have posted on a Forum (with 2 others) at: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1668594 and I have also tried the link for getting a Serial number (http://www.adobe.com/go/getserial) but the codes don't match up with the number of input fields. Also logged a Support chat case : "Your case number: 0214547463" but no reply. My Trial period ran out Jan 1st. Please help. Thanks, Chris.

As far as the 404 error goes, make sure you have cookies enabled and clear your cache. If it continues to fail try using a different browser.

Thanks for your reply, but I cleared my cache with the same 404 result. I also got the same result using IE11 and Chrome 39 after clearing cache in both.
