Unable to install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

Question

I have been trying for several days to install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on my computer. I do have a serial number for this product that I received when I purchased it.  Currently I am using Windows 7 Professional on this computer. When I run the install I get an Error 28000. Installation of Acrobat Licensing Module has failed. For potential workarounds to this problem please refer to http://www.adobe.com/go/acrobat_installation_rollback. I have tried the rollback option and still receive the same error.  Please help.

I don’t know how to contact support. They don’t have telephone support and I can’t find an email address. Do you know how to contact support?
