Unable to Install Adobe Captivate 2019 free Trial.

Hi,

I need help installing the free trial version of Adobe Captivate. I have downloaded the zip file and extracted as well, but when i try to install it I get an error

"Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system. Learn more"

I have updated the browsers and windows but it still doesn't work. Can someone help me here?
