unable to install adobe dc pro trial

Hi. I'm trying to download the acrobat dc pro trial to test it before purchasing. The install keeps failing. First it said to close safari when it stopped at 49%. Safari was never open. I restarted my computer and it loaded to 29% and stopped. Tried again and it stopped at 52% saying that an error has occured, to try again and if not contact support. Any help? I can't figure out how to contact Adobe directly either as it keeps funneling me to the forums. I'm using the most recent macbook with yosemite operating system.
