Unable to install Adobe Design Web premium

Hi i've downloaded Adobe Design and Web premium CS6 on my friend's laptop and she is getting a error message every time i run the application and the error message is "Installer Failed to Initialize. This could be due to missing file. Please download Adobe support Advisor" and when i search for Adobe support advisor on Adobe's page it says the product is discontinued. Please help me how to proceed. I have downloaded the package again but getting same error.

    Hi

    Create a new Admin account or enable Root account.

    For MAC :

        OS X Lion: Create a new user account

        Enabling and using the "root" user in OS X - Apple Support‌
