Unable to install Adobe Illustrator and After Affects on DELL 6415 Laptop Core i7 Gen 1

Why I'm unable to install Adobe Illustrator and After Effects for the creation of the video for my site.

 

My Laptop's specifications are DELL 6415 Core i7 Generation 1 with 4GB RAM and 320GB Hard. 

 

Suggest me specifications that can work perfectly for this!

install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

I see that the RAM is the main issue here, it is less than recommended for both the programs. For more details refer the following links
