I have tried all suggested solutions here : ADOBE XD installation error C191  but there is still no way to install XD.

We need the Version 18.1.12 but actualliy i am also not able to install Version 18.0.12.

I have no more ideas what i could do to solve the problem, hopefully someone can help me.
