I had a virus on my IE some time back and switched to Chrome. Now that I have a need for IE, I will be working with Adobe products but without the Adobe app manager I cant download any (even trial) when I try the Adobe app manager I reveeve a A12E5 error and for creative cload I receive a error 205.

Note. When I got super infected with ads, the cleaning program erased alot of files. Hence I think my OS is fragmented, after 4 days I only just opened IE 11.

Any help to get this Adobe app manager downloaded would be greatly appreaciated.

P.s. I have done the reboot, all updates, defrag, Ineternet opt delete  temp, etc. %temp%, delete unecessary programs...... etc

Kcjames31 to confirm are you stating that it took four days before Internet Explorer finally opened?

For the A12E5 error please see Error A12E5 installing Creative Cloud products - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-a12e5-installing-creative-cloud.html.  Please also be aware that Error 205 indicates a download failure as well.

Considering the condition you have described for your computer I would recommend you resolve your issues with your Operating system prior to attempting to install the Adobe Creative applications included with your membership.  While both errors point to a download failure if it is also taking 4 days to open Internet Explorer then it would appear you may be facing other significant difficulties utilizing your Windows based computer.  Which operating system are you using exactly?
