Unable to install any apps from creative cloud

Whenever I try to install any apps with Creative Cloud, they sit at "Waiting..." endlessly. I've tried restarting my PC and running CC as admin. Nothing seems to work. Does Adobe even TRY to make their products functional or is that too high a bar for them to meet?

Sorry to hear about the issue you're encountering. Could you please help by sharing the Creative Cloud logs using the Log Collector Tool?

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
