Unable to install applications after using Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool

Hey,

I'm using an iMac (late 2013) with OS Mojave. I had a lot of very old Adobe application versions and files installed, so I decided to delete all the old files and start fresh with the new Adobe CC applications (also I had problems with Acrobat DC crashing).

I uninstalled the applications and used the adobe creative cloud cleaner tool to clean everything. I then installed the new Creative Cloud. The problem is: Everytime I click on "Install" I get an installation error 403. "some of the application components are missing"

I just solved the problem. I created a new user on the mac and gave him admin permissions. Then I switched to the new user and tried to install the applications there. It worked!
