unable to install CC & photo apps ... where to escalate?
hi all
since some time I am unable to install the cc-desktop-app and all photo-apps and I have opened support tickets because of that.
this works every time the same:
- a new ticket is opened and I get instructions, that i sould execute and give feedback within a ticket.
- i do that and put the feedback inside the ticket.
- then nothing happens - except that i do get reminders, that a reply/input is expected from me (that i have given already) otherwise the ticket will be closed.
- then after 7 days the case is closed as resolved - i get a mail, that i may reopen the case if not resolved …. but this is indeed not possible as a supporter of adobe acknowledged - misinformation because of an old form used for mails !!!
- next a new ticket is established and the same procedure begins again !
- i am at my 5th ticket now - no solution in sight … as also my new ticket is about to expire without reply.
- no photo apps for weeks !
- no help !
- a ticket system, that doesn't react to responses from customers and cases cant be reopened ( that is in fact worse, than the ticket system of my friends, who has a buisness as a hobby)
- really unacceptable, customers treated like rubbish thrown into a bin.
(infos about the german speakting support)
….
as it seems, there are only 2 solutions:
- escalate the case to a reasonable level - and i mean reasonable level up high
- leave adobe ( i don't really like to do that after 25 years with photoshop & co, but started evaluating alternatives as last resort ….and also take recommendations towards this solution.
