unable to install creative cloud app

I have tried everything I can think of to install the latest update of Creative Cloud with no luck. I'm installing on an iMac running Mohave 10.14.6.  Each time I've tried (after several reboots) the install fails. I've tried reinstalling an older version and it won't accept my login. Oddly, my old Mac Air running the same OS updated with no problem. Help!

Catbrown, do you receive any specific error messages while installing the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application? If not, then please check the installation logs for the error that is preventing the installation.  You can find information on how to locate and interpret the install logs at https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html.
