Unable to install creative cloud desktop app on Macbook Pro OR PC

I've tried installing the creative cloud desktop app on my Macbook Pro at home and my PC at work. Neither works and it's very frustrating!

On Macbook Pro (running OSX 10.7.5) but a finder dialog box keeps on appearing, asking me for my username and password. I enter my admin details and the finder dialog box just keeps reappearing, with no install happening. I've also tried entering my Apple login details (as advised by support) and that doesn't work either.

On my work PC (running Windows 7 Enterprise) when I try to install I'm getting error code 43 - unable to copy a critical file/directory. I have the admin login details to my work computer and have installed multiple programs without any problems.

Any ideas?

I don't think Mac 10.7.5 is supported

Minimum System requirements for Cloud Programs... scroll down and check each program

Error 43 https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2070909

Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL permissions may help... says Encore, but sometimes required for ALL Adobe programs (this is NOT the same as using an Administrator account)

Thank you, I updated to El Capitan and was able to install the CC desktop installer.

But when I log in, I can only TRY software, not install it.

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

.
