Unable to Install creative cloud- error code 201
Hello to anyone who can help!
I have tried several times to install the creative cloud installer software, only to get the message:
"We've encountered the following issues: There seems to be a problem with the download process. For troubleshooting tips, please visit our customer support page. (Error code: 201)
I have read many many posts on here and have tried:
Changing my security settings to allow downloading all apps
Making sure firewall is off
Creating a new administrator account to see if it would work
Trying a different internet connection
Running the creative cloud cleaner program (though there was really nothing to clean)
I keep going in circles, and can't seem to figure out anything new to try. Seems like most folks have solved their problems through some of the suggestions on here, but did anyone else find another way to get the creative cloud installer to install correctly?
I don't see much on Adobe's page itself about this particular error code, though there is info on many others.
Im on a Mac Book Pro, running OS Yosemite version 10.10.5
I would make you cookies or really do almost anything to get this problem resolved!
