unable to install creative cloud on my Mac desktop

I have tried several times to install creative cloud. Ive now as requested used the unistalled to remove all older versons LRC PS B. I am now unable to install any of the creative cloud apps. Im working on a MacOS Monterey version 12.5.1. Please any advice

Have you tried the creative cloud cleaner tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html ?

Also - can you try logging into the computer as another user and see if you are able to proceed with installing/using the applications?
