I have a new laptop and have been able to download my old CS6 Design and Web Premium again. However, when I try to install the program, I get an error message saying that the adobe installer is already running. I am still not able to access my programs and am not sure how I can get this to work.

Thanks for sharing that, if the issue is still unresolved then I would recommend looking at the following help document as well: Installing Creative Suite on macOS 10.12 (Sierra).
