Unable to install Fuse

Hello, I'm trying to install the Fuse desktop app on my Mac and I am having difficulty.  In CC, I don't see it listed in 'Apps' by default, if I do a search, it shows a search result under 'Apps', with a 'Learn More' link.  When I tap that, I'm taken to https://www.adobe.com/products/fuse.html.  On that page it says 'For a limited time, Fuse is available as a free beta to Creative Cloud members' and has a download link.  When I tap the download link it reopens the CC desktop app, but doesn't download or do anything other than take me back to where I started in the CC desktop app.

Why am I unable to download Fuse?
