Unable to install InDesign Trial

Good Afternoon,

When I tried installing the InDesign trial (Administrative Account) on a Windows 7 laptop, I get a white screen, and am not able to enter my Adobe ID or password. So I tried another machine (Windows 10 Desktop), and am able to reach the sign-in page. However after entering in my Adobe ID and password, it goes to a white screen.

Any suggestions?

As I understand you are getting a blank white screen at the time of login.
