Unable to install master collection.

Hi!

So I ordered in CS6 Master Collection Student and Teacher for mac and I got the package, registered it, I have my serial number, and it is all good. But when I try to install it, it says "Installer failed to initialise. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem". So I downloaded the application, and it says that it can't detect any problems. Does anyone have a solution?

Please download CS6 from the direct link: http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html and try installing again.

Kindly follow the very important instructions before download.

Please follow the mentioned steps:

Windows:

C/Program Files(X86)/Common Files/Adobe/OOBE and rename to OOBE.old

C/Program Files(X86)/Common Files/Adobe/Caps and rename to CAPS.old

Mac:

Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE and rename to OOBE.old

Library/Application Support/Adobe/Caps and rename to CAPS.old

Try to install the software and let us know whether it worked.
