Unable to Install New CS3 No-Activation Application

Adobe shut down the support servers for CS3 that were used to validate your license. They have provided a new CS3 Application to work with a newly issued Serial Number. I've tried Numerous times to follow their installation instructions for the new, stand alone application. It doesn't work! First, there is a page to go to with your original Serial Number (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-suite/kb/cs3-product-downloads.html#sa_src=web-messaging). There, they will give you a new Serial Number to use with a new CS3 application that you have to download. This new app is not supposed to require any activation, just the new serial number. When I install the newly downloaded app, it doesn't ask for my new serial number, only an authentication code. Their site says the new app does not require authentication, just the new serial number. I just spent close to three hours on a chat with customer support. The only help they could give me in the end was a discount on a monthly fee. This is not an Adobe CS3 vs Windows 10 compatibility issue. According to their website I am doing what I am supposed to do to install the program I bought and paid (dearly) for!

Any help?

you're not using the correct installation file or your installing on a computer that had a version that did require activation (and was not thoroughly cleaned).

1. you should uninstall all cs3 programs from your computer.

2. you should clean your computer per, Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

3. you should remove your adobe licenses (located in your Adobe PCD folder and SLStore folders, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/configuration-error.html)

4. you should restart your computer.

5. you should clear your browser's cache or use a different browser to download the activation-free cs3 from adobe and you should download it to a new location.

6. install the correct version
