Unable to install on Macbook Air 2019

Having issues with installing all adobe software onto the new macbook air.

1.6GHZ Dual- Core intel core i5

8 gb 2133 MHZ

the install will normally stop at certian percentage

intried downlod direct , always prompt error 01

Just subscribe creative iCloud plan
