unable to install photoshop

Hey guys I can't figure out how to install the photoshop app on my Mac. Now the issue is a little more complicated in my case, because an Adobe employee helped me to deinstall my entire creative cloud desktop so that I'd be able to install premiere pro. There were no problems downloading premiere pro after this, because this application has never been downloaded on this computer I am using now. Different story with photoshop. It used to be on here. After the Adobe employee deinstalled the whole thing the icon of photoshop remained in my desktop area. Since I was only eager to install premiere pro for work I didn't care to ask him why that was. Now however I need to reinstall Photoshop but it won't work. The error code is 113, but neither is there a problem with my internet connection, nor with my time settings. I already used the cleaner tool to deinstall what might have been left of photoshop (at least I think I did. Stuff that I did not wipe out with the cleaner tool is "fix host file", "adobe id credentials" "coresync 4.1.0." and "ccx process" - but I suppose non of these are of any significance for my issue) Is there some other plug in or whatever that I need to deinstall?

I'd very much appreciate any kind of help!

Nieeels95, sorry to hear that you are facing Error 113 while attempting to install Photoshop CC.  You are correct that this error is entirely due to a failure of the local network and indicates the current computer is unable to connection Adobe servers properly.

If you have already implemented the steps listed in How to resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications then please work with whoever manages the network to confirm that the computer can contact all of the servers and ports listed in Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints .

For more information on Error 113 see Creative Cloud download and install errors .  If you have any questions, then please update this public forum discussion.

Completely agree with you, there is chance of failure of local network because this issue had been faced by me many times.
