Unable to install Photoshop and InDesign on IOS 10.11

I am unable to download InDesign or Photoshop to my laptop from my creative cloud - see attached error message. How am I able to download a previous version, as my laptop will not update any further? Thanks!

Adobe have stopped availability for most old versions. You can check the previous version, which Creative Cloud can offer: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/download-creative-cloud-apps.html#Installpreviousversionsofapps

Older versions of InDesign are available somewhere too. But older versions of Photoshop not.

Megan S, good evening.
Unfortunately, due to a support policy change that started last year, only the latest and previous versions can now be downloaded from Creative Cloud.
The only way to do this is to upgrade the OS, so you'll need to prepare a new PC.
