Unable to Install Photoshop & Premiere Elements 10?

I downloaded both these products from Adobe.com using serial numbers.   I downloaded the product files using Firefox.   When the files arrived on my PC no installation process began automatically.  One file with a .7z suffix was downloaded for each product.  When I double clicked the downloaded files, nothing happened and my PC asked what program to use to open.  Obviously something is missing.  I did not see any installer dialogue, etc.  How do I dowload and install successfully these two products.  Your help is very much appreciated!

Hi LJLCINCY,

Alongwith the .7z file you need to download the respective .exe files so as to run it and extract the compressed files in the .7z file.

The installer is comprised of 2 files - one with .7z extension and the other with .exe extension.

You need to run the executable .exe file to begin the installation.

I figured as much.  But where do I find these other files and the installer?   I have looked in the download tab and have not yet found them.  Thanks!
