Unable to install programs

Question

I am trying to install Acrobat DC and InDesign, but I am not able to do so. When I try to click "install" on each program in the CC desktop app, nothing at all happens. There's no error code, no download failure, and no attempt to download whatsoever. I have tried installing older versions and installing from different tabs within the CC app, but no luck. I definitely have lots of free storage and I should have the system requirements, and I can use Photoshop and Premiere Pro with no issues.

Jacob, was Acrobat DC and InDesign installed previously?  How were they removed?  What operating system are you trying to install InDesign CC and Acrobat DC on?
