Unable to install XD 37-1-32x64

Hello,

Trying to install the latest update of XD (37-1-32) with no success, everytime I run setup.exe I get the "Installation Failed, Please refer to PDApp.log for more information" error

 

Looking at this log just tells me that the MSI failed to run.

 

Is there a bug in this latest install?

    Hi Brett,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please try installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application first and then install XD from there and let us know if that helps or if you need any further assistance.

    Hasselllicensing, what type of Adobe membership are you attempting to use? I don't see any active memberships assigned to the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.
