Unable to install XD (Error Code 191)

Hi,

I've tried several times over the last few months to install XD on my PC with no luck. Every time, no matter the version, it fails with error code 191. The full error message is as follows:

I'm running Windows 10, version 1903. All other Adobe applications download and install without issue.

Any advice would be appreciated.
