Unable to launch Acrobat Pro DC on Mac El Capitan [was: Installing]

Have a serial no. for upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC, but cannot launch app, nor can I unload new file as directed. [OX El Capitan version 10.11.1]  What is my recourse?

    why can't you launch acrobat dc and what do mean by, '..nor can i unload new file as directed'.

    attaching a screenshot of the error message (if it's in english) might save time.
