Unable to launch CC apps since Win10 Install

Hello!

I recently received a new PC with Windows 10 on it.  I had our IT department install the apps on the device, but when I try to run them, I get a blank screen in front of the app.  When I close the blank screen, it closes the app.

Any ideas on how to resolve?
