Unable to launch Organizer on PSE 13 and Windows 10. Screen goes black when I try to install.

When I try to turn on the Window Features for Legacy > Direct Play it tells me that the component store has been corrupted error 0x80073712

    Screen going black will USUALLY mean you need a driver update

    Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter

    •nVidia Driver Downloads http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

    •ATI Driver Autodetect http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool

    Also, an idea that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in Windows 10
