Unable to license Lightroom

Hi, I bought lightroom last week and I am unable to license the product. I had the trial version before and  when I try to introduce the serial number to license it it gives me error and tells me to contact support. I have signed out and signed in as recommended.

Now on my orders page it says I have no orders.

What can I do?

By the way Im Enaquevi, it just didnt let me log in with that same name for some reason...

As you have mentioned, you have purchased Adobe Photoshop Lightroom and when you try to enter the serial number you get some error. Your order doesn't show up under your account and you have already tried the steps provided by John and also checked the steps mentioned on Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications. You are also unable to contact support.

Well, to start with, I have checked the details of your account in our tools and I would like to inform you that the email address that you are signed in to forums, doesn't have any product registered. It looks like you are signed in with incorrect Adobe ID. I would request you to sign up with the Adobe ID with which you have purchased Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 last week.

As you are getting an error while entering the serial number, I would recommend you to check this link: - Error: "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Adobe Creative Suite to troubleshoot errors related to serial number.

If it still persists, I would request you to share the error(screenshot, if possible) with us so that we may assist you appropriately.

Hi Ned

I did everything that says there, as mentioned in my previous post. I also did everything that says here Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications

But that didn't work either.

I dont know what is going on and I really need to solve this. Cant get a hold of support either via chat
