Unable to open Creative Cloud || Photoshop CC 2015 has to be force quit to shut down

For the last few weeks Photoshop CC 2015 has to be force quit to shut down. I have tried reinstalling anyone know how to fix this?

WORKING NOW  after a few weeks of issues the problem seems to of rectified itself on its own this morning. I will revisit this thread if the problem reoccurs this week
