Unable to re-install my CS6 Design and Web Premium on my Windows 10 PC

Hi, my PC crashed last week. I have to re-install all my software including my Adboe Creative Suite 6 Design and Web Premium from CD. I entered my serial number that came with the package but the Installer stated that my serial number was revoked. How can I make it work and install it successfully? Please kindly advise. Thanks, Deborah

From whom did you purchase CS6? If it was NOT purchased from Adobe, I don't think you have much recourse with Adobe. You would need to take this up with the seller (if they still exist).

If you did purchase directly from Adobe, you can take this up with them. With a browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers, please log-in to your account portal below to confirm you have the correct serial number for your product.
