Unable to reach Adobe Servers & GlobalSign Root CA certificate missing

Hi,

I am having trouble installing Adobe CC (institution subscription) and it returns "Unable to reach Adobe Servers...".

I followed this very helpful post below to troubleshoot, till I reached step 4, where I could not find the GlobalSign Root CA certificate file it talks about.

Could anyone please advice me on how should I install the required Certificate file?
