Question

Unable to reach servers

The only recent discussion I found on this was from over two years ago. I went through everything at Advanced solutions to connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications
(which I will call the ACT)

The only thing I noticed is that IPv6 is disabled (at the router). I'm using google's DNS servers. Although when I did the tests at the ACT, I can actually connect to the update servers, so why is it giving me this error?

Also the ACT thing is out of date because it talks about adding Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\core

to the firewall when that no longer exists.

Also, updates have happened before, and now all of a sudden its not working.

I have given this a go on different days so it's not that the servers are temporarily down.

Tezza1971 I am sorry that you are facing connection failures when attempting to contact Adobe servers.  Were you able to run the Limited Access Repair Tool for Windows successfully?  Did you receive any errors?

Did you also have the opportunity to review your software firewall settings, and other security software, to verify it is not preventing a connection to the Adobe servers?
