Question

Unable to reach support and reset activation

Hello,

I have a license for CS6, which can be installed on a maximum 2 computers, and was instaled like that. I deactivated the packages because I want to install it on new computer, but I still get information that the serial number is already in use by the maximum of 2 computers. I wanted to contact support and ask for an activation reset, but since I don't have any plan, the only caller available to me is a bot. I will be grateful for any help

adobe assistance with this has ended. your only two options are to

1. use the computers (if they exist and still run) with the activations and open an app > click help > deactivate

2. if you purchased from or registered with adobe AND recall the user id used when purchasing/registering, go to your account (https://account.adobe.com) and click plans and payment > activated devices > deactivate from there.

you can contact (use x)

but the past few postsers have reported they were told no more help with resets.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
