Unable to recognize student license

I have already purchased a student license (with receipt and all) and have been using Adobe softwares for a while now. However, after resetting my laptop I can't download any Adobe products anymore without paying for a new subscription? According to my university my license is valid until November 21st 2022 (I have payed for the license on November 25th 2021)...
