Hi, I've just reformatted my mac and I'm trying to reinstall Photoshop CS5. I've downloaded the installers from Adobe but the file appears to be 'damaged'. When I try to open it I get the message: "Install" is damaged and can't be opened. You should eject the disk image. Please help.

    Correct answer kglad

first, that may be an erroneous message because of a mac problem.

so, do this:  How to Open Third-Party Apps from Unidentified Developers in Mac OS X « Mac Tips

if you still see that message after allowing installation from unidentified developers, you do have a damaged install file and need to redownload.
