Unable to sign into Lightroom

This is the first time I have had this problem.  I thought that even if you were not signed in that you would at least be able to open the programs, just not have all the features available.  I have recently downgraded from the full package (student version) to the LR and PS only, but this was more then a month ago.

Sorry that you are having trouble using your Adobe Creative Cloud apps, as you've mentioned you are getting connectivity errors I would recommend you to follow the steps shared in the following help document to resolve it: Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications.
