unable to successfully buy apps

I bought illustrator and photoshop 6 days ago. I looked at my banking app and it says I made two payments on that day. I have them both installed on my laptop. When I click on them however it says that my trial has ended and I need to buy them. I click on "buy". I fill out all my info again. click submit and it says I can't buy it because I already own it. I have repeated this cycle many times and I do not know what to do.

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://account.adobe.com

 

then install the cc desktop app from here using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription,  https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud (and, in the future, use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs).

after installing your cc desktop app, if you were properly sign-in, you should be able to open ai and ps.
