Unable to uninstall Photoshop

I am trying to uninstall Photoshop from my laptop; however, I keep getting an error. I attached pictures below. I also search the program to see if it is still installed and I included a picture of what it tells me. I just want to uninstall the program as it is taking up a lot of space. Any help would be appreciated.
