Unable to uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud from Windows 10

Dear Sir,

I used to be subscribed to the Adobe Creative Cloud package. But I unsubscribed the package recently. However, I just found that the "Creative Cloud" could not be uninstalled even all other applications in the package had been removed. So, may anyone help me on this subject? Thank you.

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
