Unable to update billing info!!

Hello,

I'm unable to update the billing info. Once I press the button "Manage Payment" it keeps loading and won't enter the new screen.

1つの確認。 契約は有効ですか?
既にキャンセルされている場合は、支払い情報を更新できず、新しい契約が必要です。

それ以外に、支払い情報を編集する場合は、
ユーザーフォーラムでは解決できないため、サポートに連絡する必要があります。

There is nothing on that page that lets me contact anyone. is there something i'm missing?
