Unable to update from CC
I believe this is not an issue with CC but hopeful that someone may have an answer. When I try to open CC to update my apps CC will not open and displays a message that Internet is not available. My computer can access the internet because as you can see I am writing in this forum. For some reason though the computer does not recognize that I am connected - I am connected through Ethernet and not a direct connection - in other words I have access through a switch. This is not an issue with other computers in our house, they all show a proper connection. Not sure if that makes a difference or even any sense.
In the image below you can see that the network icon indicates "No Connections Are Available" yet I am connected to the internet.
