unable to update new LR 5 install to LR 5.02

I just got LR 5, installed with CD. I can't get it updated to 5.02.

I can't get the complete file- error screen now says:

c:\Users\username\Downloads\Lightroom_5_LS11_win_5_2.exe.part

could not be saved because the source file could not be read

Try again or contact admin

How do I get this to work?

open lr 5 and click help>update.

This is now resolved & was not because i didn't click on update.

some reason I wasn't getting the complete file, but did finally get it all & got 5.02 working now. Thanks.
