Unable to update (to 5_7_1) lightroom 5 after reinstalling due to a hard drive failure

Since reinstalling all my software to a new drive I have been unable to download to the latest version (5_7_1), each time I click on the update link from which I am prompted when I load Lightroom.

Each time I click on the online link the page just refreshes.

My system is running Windows 7.

Any ideas Folks?
