Hi, I have an Adobe Acrobat X Pro version 10.1.13 and would like to upgrade it to version 11.0.10. However, during the installation process, I'm unable to choose my copy of Acrobat to update. I'd like to install the update to correct the blurriness in my Mac's retina display. Thanks!

the upgrade from acrobat X to acrobat XI is not a free update.  it's a paid upgrade.

if you purchased that upgrade then during installation of acrobat XI, after entering your XI serial number, you will be prompted to select your qualifying product.  select your acrobat X version and you will then be prompted to enter acrobat X's serial number.

enter the correct number at the correct time and installation should proceed.

Version XI is an upgrade, not an update.  Did you purchase version XI?  What do you mean that you are unable to select version X to update?
