unable to upload any adobe product

I have spent the multiple hours and days trying to make sense of this problem. I am unable to upload any adobe product and have been through multiple forums and steps, to no avail. I am working on a mac book pro mid 2012 with OS 10.10.5. Insight needed

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it continues to fail try using a different browser.
