Unable to use apps from CreativeCloud
Originally I had the photography Creative Cloud subscription with Photoshop. Then later I added InDesign. Then around September I upgraded to the $49/month All Apps subscription. But this week something has gone wrong with the Creative Cloud app and I don't seem to be able to use anything. I have Windows 10. The buttons for Illustrator and Acrobat have changed from "Open" to "Start Trial", also if I try to use Photoshop or InDesign I just get the spinning wheel that says "Please wait a moment" but it just keeps spinning and nothing ever happens. At first I thought maybe it had reverted to my previous subscription, but my account info is all correct on the Adobe website, I just can't use any of the apps. Yesterday, I removed and re-installed the Creative Cloud app, but it didn't help, I still can't use any of the apps. Any ideas?
