unable to use cs 5.5 master collection after downloading
after downloading adobe cs 5.5 master collection . when I use it it gives me an error message that I have downloaded it on 2 other computers and doesnt let me use it.

When you can't deactivate a serial number

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
